Reservations
Booking can be made by requesting availability via email by writing to bourbonhouseinfo@gmail.com or by filling out the form on line prepared on the website www.bourbonhouse.it
Cancellation policy and variations:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to our email address bourbonhouseinfo@gmail.com or by calling +39 0812481179
You can cancel or reduce your reservation at no charge up to 30 days before your arrival date to Bourbon House.
For cancellations or reductions of stay communicated less than 30 days from the date of arrival we charged an amount equal to the 50% of the cost of the stay.
In case of no show we charged an amount equal to the cost of the stay.
Check-in service
Check-in is active from 2:00 pm am to 6:00 pm.
Access to the rooms is guaranteed from 2:00 pm.
An extra payement of 20€ will be applied for check-in after 6:00 pm.
Check-out service
The service is open from 08:30 to 10:30.
If guests need to leave the property before the reception has started their service, check-out is possible on the day before departure, keys will then be returned to our room staff in the structure From 7 : 30 in the breakfast room.
Bourbon House provides guests with a drop service, rooms must be left free before 11:00.
